Lovely large property - plenty of space to relax and get together as a a group. Facilities were great and all towels and bedding etc lovely
It was incredibly warm despite turning off the heating. This is the only niggle really though although we would suggest someone wipes the windowsills in each room as well as very dusty - no dust elsewhere though.

Great location for walking into city centre. Clean and well equipped house.
Driveway is narrow so bear that in mind!

5 minute walk into York.
Beautifully appointed throughout.
Plenty of room for 10 adults.
Parking was tight by house but manageable. Would have been good to have been advised of alternative parking beforehand.
