Location is really good as it's very close to the University and also the city centre. There are various supermarket and convenient stores aeound which is handy. Buses run around this areas, so it is quite convenient.The flat contains all necessary facilities e.g shampoo, hair dryer etc for the travellers. The response rate of the host is superb
The rubbish collection location is in front of the flat there are flies go into the flat occassionally. The door lock makes it difficult to open and close the door. Besides, there is no couch or chairs in the dining area as the dining hall is very small , so we can only sit on some stool which is very tiring

Everything inside the Airbnb was well managed and beautiful. All the necessary facilities are provided inside including toiletries and slippers. There was also a variety of coffee, tea and on-the-go tiny snacks. Overall, it was an amazing stay. There is also a supermarket right outside along with a few bus stops so convenience was definitely there. If your main aim is to help out a student in moving to a nearby accommodation then this is perfect.
Whilst I understand this is not entirely in the hosts control — I personally didn’t find the entry of the location or the overall Redford area too pleasing. However, it is really close to some amazing areas that are walking distance so it wasn’t the biggest of struggle. It’s also on the main road so it can be slightly noisy sometimes.

The location was very good for us being down the road from Wollaton Park where we were going to an event. The flat was very clean and the host very helpful in replying to any questions promptly and friendly.
Personally I wasn't keen on the scents/popery in the bathroom but some may like it :)

The property was clean
It didn’t have a lounge area for relaxing. The apartment had a distinctive unpleasant odour. The area is noisy at night.
