Location - the walk along the canal is lovely and leads to an area with some shops and coffee shops and restaurants. Nearby shop for essentials was convenient. Great views of trains and the city. Having two bathrooms was very important for older visitors. Kitchen was well equipped- we did not even use the dishwasher!
Good idea to have a welcome book but it was rather sparse. Put in some instruction sheets on how to use washer/dryer, where to put damp sheets and towels (there were some in the machine) and about what is available in the neighborhood. Perhaps a map to identify the city buildings you see from the window. Also how to use the outlets - visitors new to the UK would find it useful.
1 cupboard was broken when we arrived so hope that is repaired. (I notified owner.)
All in all a lovely apartment!
