The apartment was spacious and well furnished. When I had a question, I called the phone number and got a response straight away.
Although the requirement for ID and a £150 deposit was mentioned on the listing, this was further down and I didn't expect it, as the stay was only for 2 nights and hotels do not require this. However, the deposit has now been refunded. There was inconsistency in the address with both 3 and 19 Helena Street mentioned in different emails. The final instructions made it clear, but it would be better to have consistency across all communications.
