1500 feet of deck space, including a top-floor observation deck, offer incredible all-day vistas from sunrise to sunset. A gas grill is equipped for waterfront cookouts. Two rustic yet modern outdoor showers - one enclosed, one open - playfully utilize imported Finnish sauna buckets as custom shower heads.

The meticulously maintained interior features a seamless display of minimalist design, with authentic mid-century furnishings and natural wood tones adding a touch of timeless style.
