I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with new furniture, and the location was excellent and very convenient. The amenities were also good and made the stay comfortable. Overall, though, I had a pleasant stay and was happy with the room, location, and facilities.

The breakfast was not enough. I didn’t see any eggs, and the food was almost finished on both days. There was also only one iron available for the entire building, and it was unavailable when I needed one because the receptionist had lost track of it. The waiting time for check-in was extremely long and unreasonable, and I ended up lodging a formal complaint about it.

Parking is very secure rooms are clean.

Some of the stuff members likely the security guys are too much when it comes to begging for money beverages and other stuff they make you feel like you owe them.

We experienced several issues during our stay that significantly affected our overall experience. At one point, we became stuck in the lift and, despite ringing the emergency bell, no one came to assist us. This was extremely concerning and left us feeling that the emergency response was inadequate. On our final day, our bathroom was not cleaned at all. We returned to find it exactly as we had left it that morning, which was very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast offering was also disappointing. The menu felt tired and appeared more suited to a dinner menu than a breakfast selection. In addition, the service was extremely slow, with an excessively long wait for almost anything requested from the waiters. Overall, these issues significantly detracted from what should have been a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I believe the hotel needs to pay closer attention to housekeeping, guest safety, breakfast offerings and, particularly, the efficiency and responsiveness of its service.
