Location was fantastic. Shower water pressure was great.
Although the apartment has a washing machine and a clothes airer, it would really benefit from a washer/drier. We had a few rainy days, plus we did some washing. There is no where to dry clothes. The shower needs re-grouting as black mold has stained the grout which is a little disturbing. The memory foam bed mattress makes you very, very, very, hot in the night.

The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to find. We loved how quirky it was and found everything to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you can manage the stairs up!
The only negative would be that the shower did not drain well and would start to fill up.

We were notified in advance of how to retrieve the keys to get into the building and the apartment as well as a photo of the front door so we knew what we were looking for. We loved the fact that the apartment was in the old town and close to Viru gate so we could easily come and go to the apartment when we needed a break. It was very handy having the washing machine as we were going on to a group tour from there and could start with clean clothes.

Apartment was nice and clean, and functioned well.
Surprice was the awfully loud noice of the bar/bars opposite. Thursday was tolerable, friday and saturday not even with earplugs added with noice cancelling headphones, that tecno humb came through anyway, two nights zero sleep. Got worse after 23:00 until 4:00. And after that, drunken men shouting until 5:30. on the street. Previous recommends was written how nicely quiet place this was, maybe above floors, not at 1st floor.
