Avalon Villa Unawatuna

Villa is truly a beautiful and peaceful place. It’s surrounded by greenery, and you can simply relax, enjoy the calm atmosphere, and even spend some quiet time reading a book. Honestly, I never expected to find such a peaceful place in Unawatuna. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is also great, just a short walk from the beach. It’s definitely great value for money and a place I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Unawatuna. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back here again when we visit Sri Lanka.

Good location, room was very nice. Breakfast was exceptional! the host even asked how we wanted our eggs cooked! Best scrambled eggs i’ve had in a long time! The host was so friendly, very chatty and very hospitable. We were allowed to leave our bags the following day which was handy. A good Spa attached onto the accomodation. We arrived early so our room wasn’t ready yet, when we came back the host had kindly organised our luggage in our room! Very welcoming and felt at home. Thankyou!!
