Really relaxing and stylish atmosphere. Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. This was one of our best stays in SE Asia. Really good value for money. Stay here to support their staff future life from poor family from countryside.

Newly build new management, profesional team, love the skybar can see the river and siem reap city, breakfast if a buffet choices asean and western. Noodle soup is delicouis.

Location was great, and the reception girls were very nice.
Even a simple vegetarian breakfast was difficult to arrange. They didn’t understand what we were asking for, and my wife said they couldn’t follow the instructions even when they were told in Khmer. There are no balconies in the rooms, despite them being mentioned in the property profile. Also, the lift wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage all the way up to the top floor. I had read a review from six months ago mentioning that the lift was out of service, and unfortunately, it is still out of service today. So, if you are travelling with family and children, please take note of this, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, there are very limited options for breakfast, especially if you have specific dietary preferences(veg/vegan)
