It was a large complex variety of all inclusive food .

Far to many sun Beds low parasols which you keep hitting your head on and no were that’s a non smoking area . Bar staff at the pool bar serve all the men rather than serve the ladies even when you’re in a queue.

Très bon séjour d’une semaine. Je viens de rentrer personnel, très réactif et très gentil. La restauration était super beaucoup de choix. Les activités sont pas mal mais j’aurais préféré un peu plus d’activités et des musiques en Turc. Sinon rien à dire beaucoup de choix pour manger, le chef du restaurant, très attentif à tous, je recommande.

Pour la propreté, faire peut-être un peu plus. Attention au bord de la piscine et les chambres.

Le meilleurs endroit de l’hôtel c’est le restaurant tamarix où il y a le buffet à volonté, propre, beaucoup de choix différent tout les jours et très bon. Le hamam aussi c’est très bien.

Le ménage des chambres est un peu bâclé, il a fallu réclamer des serviettes ou les boissons du minibar. L’hôtel possède une belle piscine avec un pool bar mais dommage que l’eau de la piscine n’avais pas l’air très propre et surtout tout au tour de la piscine les gens laisse leurs verres partout et pas de personnelles pour ramasser

For most of our stay, there was one major problem: there simply wasn’t enough space to have a meal. With so many guests, tables were usually taken, and you often had to walk around looking for a place to sit. Eventually you might find a dirty table, and close to closing time you could even have to clean and set it yourself, as there were hardly any waiters around. There were also several situations that felt like clear discrimination based on nationality. We repeatedly saw waiters serving Turkish guests while ignoring others. For example, a waiter took a chair from a table our friends were waiting to use and gave it to Turkish guests. On another occasion, we asked a waiter three times to clean a table for us, but each time he left to serve Turkish guests nearby. Similar situations happened several times and left a very negative impression. Another issue was our room. It was advertised as having a pool view, but we were given a room overlooking a roof instead. We accept that we should have complained immediately, but after reading other reviews, I found that other guests had experienced the same issue. One guest apparently demanded the room they had paid for or threatened to leave and ask for a full refund. We could not take such a strong position as we were travelling with friends and did not want to disrupt everyone’s holiday. Interestingly, our friends had a pool-view room but complained about the noise every day, so perhaps our roof view was not such a bad thing after all — although it was certainly not what we had paid for. P.S. The corridor carpet near the rooms was extremely dirty. It reminded me of Fallout 3.
