Bed and shower were great having a toddler it wasn't very child friendly. Loved the welcoming gifts a nice touch. Had to travel to take dog for walk. Enjoyed stay. Good facilities.p
Was a tad cold alot cobwebs in the windows. Wasn't child friendly

Lovely cottage and welcome gift basket. Great location to explore Northumberland we found it a good base for exploring.
Kitchen well equipped.

Nice quiet location.
Living room small but cosy with nice fire. We were very comfy and generally found the property quite warm most nights especially with a fire going if it got a bit chilly.
Nice little outdoor area secure for dogs, might be small but its good to have a secure area for the dogs. Its rural so no pavements etc to take dogs for walk in immediate vicinity which i think other reviews mentioned but thats to be expected for the rural location and its very close to bamburgh etc for walks.
Bbq outside and nice seating areas would be lovely in summer.
Also you don't get a long list of things to do/clean before you leave like some places which is nice. Overall a lovely stay and a nice dog friendly cottage and I would recommend.
Minor things really but light in upstairs bathroom bit dim. TV netflix and other apps like channel 4 dont work would be nice to have updated tv with app functionality.
Parking outside property can be tight but there is other parking round corner if you're not comfortable navigating tight spaces so thats just an FYI really.

Spacious bedrooms & comfy beds.
Fire place , a few logs supplied. Property contact so helpful.
If I had to say something just location no paths to walk on to get to a footpath, to walk to a pub.
