Clean and tidy. Easy communication with staff. In direct walking distance to pedestrian area. 20 minute walk to central station. Easy doable with light luggage. Not ideal with suitcase, I presume.
Paying tourist fee afterwards on the premises. Just add it to the price in the first place. A bit pricey for one night and nearly too spacious for two people - which of course lifts the price.

De locatie absoluut!
Buiten was de tuin minder en niet afgeschermd helaas.

Check in was easy. It’s a fully furnished apartment
The “bathroom” is a shower in the utility room.. without curtains… so if you plan to undress anywhere else than inside the shower cubicle you’re fully exposed.
Also, the curtains don’t hold any light back. And there is a streetlight right next to the bedroom window. Poor combination.
The kitchen smells stale.
