VeryComfortable and spacious apartment. Excellent location! Close to everything in Ortigia… swimming, shopping, and dining. Our host was kind and readily available . It had a well equipped kitchen which made it very nice to prepare our own meals. It was very clean and had great light. A good washer and are to hang laundry.
The only thing we did not like was the garbage situation. We were told to leave no garbage, but the instructions were confusing. Also one of the bins was missing. And finally the collection schedule for different types of garbage meant that there was no way to properly dispose of all our garbage.

The apartment was clean snd really pleasant decor. Very close to the beach and the Plaza. Air conditioner was great. Smart TV & washer worked great.
The property was 2 flights up (not in the booking description). Not suitable for elderly or disabled. My mother is disabled so the stairs were a big problem to overcome. The owner said i should have contacted her to ask.
No one answered when we arrived although we had notified of a midnight arrival. The owner said she was sleeping because she works mornings. We had s hard time getting in and figuring out which door to use key on. No door number provided.
There was also a request for tourist tax that was not in the description. Description indicated all taxes and fees included.
No microwave.

Our stay with Loredana was very enjoyable; the flat is in a great location. It has everything you need and is perfect for a few days’ stay.
The only downside was the buzzing air conditioning in one of the bedrooms; for light sleepers, I recommend the bedroom by the entrance.

The apartment is almost new, the kitchen is quite well equipped, the terrace is sunny, the sea is within reach, and we are in the heart of the city center. We loved it.
Everything was perfect, however if someone is looking for a quiet place to stay, they should take into account that the noise from the city center only subsides after midnight. This was not a problem for us, but it is worth paying attention to.
