Vielen Dank nochmals Massimo!!

The apartment was in a fantastic location—everything in Ortigia was within easy walking distance. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and efficient air conditioning that made our stay very pleasant.
The host was truly outstanding. He welcomed us personally, shared great recommendations for local attractions, and even prepared a thoughtful greeting for us. The fridge was generously stocked with bottled water, which was a lovely touch.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place with genuine hospitality!

Massimo (host)is probably one of the best hosts we've ever encountered. He had a fridge full of oranges, lemons, tomato's from his dads farm and water, soft drinks and wine in the fridge. Great to start your stay ,not like some hosts we have had in other airbnbs. His place is very comfortable, good a/c ,spacious and well appointed a 10
If you're a light sleeper the noise from the restaurants and bars is gonna cause you problems not to mention the rubbish trucks..but that's part of the gig in certain parts of ortigia.but location sometimes come with pros and cons...
