Clean, modern , excellent service from all the staff, all amenities are very equipped - salt bath , generous hand soap with very nice fragrance , warm toilet bowl seat. The staff were really very helpful and ensured we are comfortable. The owner Xiao Yen, the boutique hotel lady boss, was so friendly with great hospitality
She is also meticulous and she searched for a good coffee bean to serve her customer. Both me and my husband really love the aroma of the coffee bean.
One of the staff , Xiao Tin ( hope I got his name right) drove us to a nearby national park and guided me and my husband all the way into the park ( an hour plus) . The ground was very slippery due to the wet weather and he held me tight during descending slope in case I slipped. ( I am a seniority ).
Lightings in the room as the light that we on for night was glaring. Having said this the place is really excellent!
Breakfast is “ok” (could be better) for us but this is more of a preference.

the staff was phenomenal and very friendly. our flight left late after checkout, they let us stay in the room for 8 extra hours no charge! the hotel is wonderful and so is the staff. when we wanted to order takeout instead of using the hotel food, they let us use their phones! i can't recommend it enough
