Really nice, very friendly and welcoming, great to have use of the kitchen, good location to the centre
The property was great but the noise outside all night from the students was frustrating and tiring. Not sure I could recommend if you want a peaceful nights sleep, and it was only a Wednesday!

Location in the heart of university and walking distance to nice areas
Room is great, Silvia is a sweetheart and does everything to help
Noise as students were all around
Closing the window helps with noise but fan was not enough to keep room cool, comfortable enough to sleep
As a note, unusual temperature for September, it was around 35 C outside

La gentillesse de notre hôtes
La chambre était très confortable.
Nous sommes arrivés le jour de la rentrée des étudiants, de ce fait les rues autour étaient très bruyantes et impossible de se garer à côté du logement. Dommage.
