The location and the environment. It was a beautiful stay
The main door lock didn’t work and we were kinda afraid for our safety. The door was accessible the whole night and the sleep was not peaceful. I did messaged the host but only responded the next morning. The water heater did not work the next morning. We had to shower with cold chilling water. And the master bedroom was dusty.
