We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s apartment in Florence and would book again without hesitation. The apartment was spotless, very spacious, really quiet, and decorated with vintage touches. We were only two guests, but it could comfortably accommodate 4–5 people. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Firenze Campo di Marte station, in a quiet residential neighborhood that offered a more local and authentic atmosphere. One of our favorite features was the lovely patio. We enjoyed having breakfast there each morning surrounded by beautiful plants, a relaxing ambiance, and occasional cuddles from the family cat. It was the perfect way to start the day. The apartment had everything we needed, including all the appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary to prepare meals. We also appreciated having coffee available for the mornings. Francesca and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. They kindly allowed us to check in early since the apartment was ready, which we greatly appreciated. Francesca is a fantastic host who prepared a detailed guest guide filled with practical information and helpful local recommendations. A truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. We hope to come back again someday!

The only two very minor points we noticed—and they truly did not affect our stay—were that the bed frame squeaked a little when moving and that the shower doors did not always fully prevent water from reaching the bathroom floor. Francesca had already explained how to minimize this, and she thoughtfully provided extra towels in case a small amount of water spilled. These were very minor details and did not take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay.

Proprietari molto gentili e accoglienti. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti e nelle vicinanze di tanti servizi.
