Your cozy getaway awaits in Cascade at this pleasant condo. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and a bunk bed, plus a living room with room for a twin bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. It's a Brick...House has a large patio off of the kitchen & a front porch with rocking chairs for 2! This unit is located on the 1st floor. If you are needing more space & we have availability, It's a Brick...House on the 2nd floor is available at a greatly discounted rate if you book both.
The historic town of Cascade, IA has a lot to offer, from festivals, tasty restaurants, grocery store, & a Dollar General. It's just 2 minutes from Riverview Ridge River Tubes & Kayaks. The condo is only 20 miles from Dubuque, IA & 15 minutes from Dyersville, IA. The tranquil setting invites you to unwind, while the enjoyable layout ensures comfort throughout your stay. Enjoyed the stay start to finish! The host made sure we had everything we needed and the house was better the advertised. Thank you for a great stay

Very nicely remodeled farm house. I love the views of farm ground in that area. I was sceptical of the bed but surprisingly I actually slept great. We had an awesome weekend with all the grand kids.
