Lovely, warm upper flat for a good price. Nice shower and comfy beds. Really well situated in Heaton. Certainly one of the best flats in the area. Recommended!
Lacking a few, easy quality of life improvements: lack of a washing up sponge, no plug for the kitchen sink, no frying pan and the fridge was switched off when I arrived. Not majors, but help a space feel extra homely.

Convenient location
Very basic facilities. Simple things like not enough cutlery and bathroom/kitchen felt tired. A practical place to stay rather than a welcoming holiday stay. Beds comfortable.
