Was very clean and comfortable met our needs for the weekend visiting RNLI college

Great location for our needs, clean, tidy and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host with very easy instructions for access. Great amount of parking, good facilities with a nice garden

Not too much wrong with the house, could do with changing the under sink cabinet in the bathroom as it's very close to the toilet

Excellent

Spacious, clean, tidy, loved it

1. Its location. 2. It's cleanliness.

3. The contrast between the smart contemporary front exterior and certain internal aspects of the property was stark. 4. In particular, the worn lower kitchen cabinet doors, kitchen window, which did not close properly, has excessive top pane condensation, plus a broken handle and damaged seal, the kettle which needs descaling, worn dining table room and chairs, all of which had covers on most probably to hide their true dilapidated state, damaged dog scratched dining room internal door, together with the malfunctioning circa 12 year old outdated BT internet router with a weak security level, are all old, worn and in need of upgrade, or replacement. 5. As described in previous guest reviews, a very clean property, but the standard of the above mentioned furnishings and furbishments collectively fell well below the reasonable standard of guest expectation, and value for money price match.. I do have photos to evidence my assertions which I'll gladly share if your Moderation Team if they wish. Also I did share my router views with the owner yesterday evening.
