The apartment is perfectly situated with a sea view, the sea being just across the street. Also easily accessible by car, Uber and bus. Free parking is included, though it is quite tight to park your car. The apartment is well equipped with everything and neat and tidy. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
The location is rather noisy due to traffic and people walking and talking right outside one of the rooms' windows. Occasionally there were also homeless people sleeping on the pavement outside the building. But having said that, the area appears rather safe and the house is protected with electrical fencing as well.

It was exactly what we needed!!
It’s walking distance from everything

Not a deal breaker for me as it was extremely windy, but the large blinds in the dining room did not work. But other than that, excellent

I like the fact that it’s closer to the ocean
That there was a rat that was dead and smelling on the outside of the parking and hence no came and cleaned it,and that we have to call to be assisted, there was no one who was on our service when we came
