Location was brilliant

The breakfast was very good

I prefer scrambled eggs, bacon , mushroom baked beans pre cooked. I thought it was a bit hot very sunny not enough shaded area outside

The hotel is newly opened, so everything is fresh and the furniture is brand new. Even though the hotel was still undergoing some renovation work, I didn’t hear any noise from my room at all. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is also great and very close to the city centre, with the mall and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location, beautiful beach and pools, comfortable room with balcony, friendly staff, varied breakfast, excellent brand-new gym, and convenient bike rental.

For the price and 4-star positioning, we expected a higher standard. Poor soundproofing, with loud music from nearby bars and noise from the adjoining room, no yoga classes despite being advertised on booking, limited sun loungers with guest leaving towels while unattended, and several unexpected breakfast charges (including tea/hot water and cappuccino). Our credit card was also treated as a debit card, so we had to settle every small bill separately rather than at checkout, like in any other hotel worldwide with the same card.
