The location was central for what we needed, it was in walking distance to the beach and attractions. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the gardens and pool area was beautiful

It was nice and small, lovely pool area. Comfy beds, clean rooms. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was fine with eggs, pastries, fruit and bread with mushrooms and tomatoes some days. The room was cleaned quickly and effectively whilst we were eating so no waiting about.
Towels in the rooms and pool area need replacing they were stained and quite grey looking. We had to ask the young waiter for items for breakfast most days including juice, milk and cutlery. He wasn't very pro-active and didn't seem to notice what needed doing.

Property is in a good location.
Aircon in bed room didn’t work very well (mixture of poor placement and very old) resulted in having to sleep ontop of sheets with aircon on full.
Internet didn’t work at all during our stay, when asking staff they advised it had a problem and couldn’t say when it would be fixed. This was an issue as there is very little phone signal in the rooms.
Bathroom was really old and small.
Breakfast was good, however they charge Australian prices for coffee, $5 for a coffee in Bali is outrageous.
