Spacious, modern, and clean. Great central air conditioning in every room of the apartment with separate thermostats! Very convenient having a 2-in-1 washer and dryer for our clothes. Great location right near the Metro and easy walk to shopping, eating, and into the heart of the Marais. Right next to Carrefour grocery store and a couple of pharmacies as well, so super convenient.
No elevator and need to walk up a few flights of somewhat windy stairs. Manageable for us and we didn’t actually mind too much but maybe harder with large suitcases
