The apartment is made up of two bathrooms, both with showers, three bedrooms (two double bed) Bed-sheets and towels are provided. The wide living room is composed of a dining area (for six people) with internal fireplace, connected to the kitchen; a TV set and a new sofa complete the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, water kettle, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware and a refrigerator. Air conditioning and heating are charged according to consumption.

An ample terrace, located at the same level, opens up from the kitchen, offering a full panoramic view on the Gulf of Napoli. The terrace is provided with retractable sun shield and equipped with garden furniture. A short green-surrounded staircase departing from the terrace leads to the main outdoor facilities. The apartment roof-top is entirely enjoyable as a playground for children or as a solarium further enlarging the sea view on the sunset side.

In addition, a large pergola-covered garden surrounded by lemon trees is ideally exploited for outdoor meals, also thanks to a barbecue. A ground-level private parking is also available.
