Lovely location. Nicely decorated and equipped.
The staff weee lovely when we asked about a fan. It was very hot! They let us buy one for the property and said they would refund us for it.
It would have been useful to have more pans and also kitchen roll.

The contact for the property was very polite and apologetic regarding the problems we had.
Two fans for the whole property wasn’t sufficient. The main shower was not working so we had two out of three days sharing a small bathroom in the basement. We had to communicate with the property’s contact through booking.com so had to wait a while for each reply. We had to buy more toilet paper. There were no shelves in the basement bathroom so had to put all our toiletries on the floor. The basement bathroom sink was too small. It is only for washing hands, but for washing your face, brushing your teeth etc. The wifi wasn’t working and it took time to solve that as the wifi box was behind the sofa.
