The room was large, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen spacious with enough dishes, etc that I needed. The bathroom was spacious too. There was plenty of lighting and three ceiling fans. The living room was comfortable and had a nice size patio. There were 3 TV's available to use. The pool area was large with plenty of seating and had a heated pool. Plenty of parking too and we had our own washer and dryer. It was also within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants.
Unfortunately the building was being painted and during our 2nd week we couldn't use our patio. Also, the TV in the living room was not a smart TV so access was limited.
