great location, nice pool, ping pong, spacious accommodations with 2 bathrooms

A bit run down for the price but very comfortable.

The first aspect I would like to highlight is the kindness and attention of the staff as whole, and more specifically the cleaning lady and the two front desk attendants, Jackie and Karen. My special thanks to Karen, whose assistance was extraordinary: everything I would request she was willing to comply or solve, making me feel safe and thankful for being in such friendly environment. I really appreciate! Secondly, the view from the room and the short distance from the sea: wow, that’s simply fantastic!! The pool was clean and the grass well taken care of. The kitchen is fully equipped which allows you to cook your own food. The hotel also provides beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Restaurants and supermarket at a short distance and a car ride service available from 8:00 to 2:00 am. Amazing!

Seemed to be a cannabis farm on fourth floor, or just a few pot heads staying for independence weekend

We have stayed there in past. Balcony view, walking on Beach. Easy access to restaurants. Atmosphere.

the property was decent. Other than location, I wouldn’t say there was anything particular that stands out that I liked over any other place.

could have been cleaner and staff could have been more helpful. apparently they ration towels and whatnot there. we had 4 people and I think there were a total of 7 bath towels, so asked for more towels after everyone had showered. They said we couldn’t have more until after the 3rd day. so I waited until after the 3rd and staff said “we will bring them tomorrow” well, tomorrow came and we never got more towels. also, the TV remote in the master bedroom didn’t work. ask for them to fix, never happened. I’m going to assume the washer they use to clean bedding needs cleaned out. all of our beds had sand in the sheets. The bathrooms weren’t very clean around the outside of the tub and around toilets. I mean, I paid over 2 grand to stay there. there were cheaper places that probably would have been better, Airbnbs, condos and hotels alike. for example, I stayed at tropical beach resorts in siesta key over the summer, they were cheaper and offered exceptional service. They cleaned the room everyday and made beds, they replaced new towels everyday etc. It would be nice also to have someone available to speak to after hours. we had some rather noisy people above us. there was also construction being done on both sides of the hotel and the hotel it self. so it wasn’t as peaceful as I’d like a vacation to be.

The room was very nice. The Balcony view was beautiful. It was delightful watching the sunsets from our balcony. The beaches are wonderful.

Didn't like the bed, the mattress has bumps.

Perfect location. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable.

The Hispanic music blaring and Spanish people being very loud. The room was clean but the bathroom could have stood having the floors done.

Rooms are nice. Not a bad view.
