-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $10/day will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.
