The bright 72 m² attic offers a comfortable and relaxing environment. Inside you will find two bedrooms (capacity for 4 people), a spacious private terrace and a living room with direct access to the outside. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and basic spices. The apartment also has air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV and a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and essential items. For longer stays, it has a washing machine and iron. Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pool and well-maintained gardens of this quiet and family-friendly complex.

The El Limonar bus stop is just 1 km away, and the Los Lagos and Los Olivos fields of Mijas Golf are located 2 km away. Supermarkets, parks, medical clinics, shopping areas and several beaches are just a few minutes by car. Málaga airport, Marbella, the centre of Málaga and Puerto Banús are reached in about 30–38 minutes by car.



Among the practical services are public parking around the building, air conditioning throughout the apartment, WiFi, communal swimming pool and the possibility of bringing small dogs (up to 7 kg).
