✨ EDGEWATER VISTA RETREAT • 7BR LAKEVIEW LODGE • SLEEPS 20 • FREE GROUP TICKETS + GOLF DISCOUNTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Welcome to Edgewater Vista Retreat at Branson Cove, where generous living space, peaceful lake views, and a fully loaded game room come together to create a memorable Branson escape. Located directly across from the pickleball court and the seasonal outdoor pool, this spacious lodge is ideal for large families and groups who want to relax, play, and stay close to the action.
As you step onto the main level, the inviting Ozarks scenery sets the mood for your stay. This floor offers two King bedrooms, stylish and comfortable furnishings, a 65-inch TV in the family room for gathering together, and a fully stocked kitchen with extended counter space that's perfect for meal prep and group snacks. The main-level deck delivers beautiful lake views—the kind that make slow mornings and long evenings hard to leave behind.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide a quiet retreat: a relaxing King ensuite and a spacious Double-Queen ensuite with a lovely lakeview window. Each bedroom throughout the home includes cozy bedding and its own TV, giving every guest a comfortable space to wind down after a fun-filled day.
The lower level is where the entertainment truly shines. Challenge your crew to shuffleboard, foosball, board games, cards, Twister, or classic favorites on the sit-down arcade cocktail table featuring 200+ games. A convenient wet bar with seating, a mini-fridge, and a microwave keeps snacks and drinks close by. Step outside to the second deck to slip into the private hot tub and unwind under the stars with the quiet sounds of the lake in the distance.
When it's time to rest, the lower level includes two additional King ensuites and a fun bunk room — an ideal setup for multi-generational families or groups of friends who want plenty of space and privacy.
Branson Cove adds even more to your stay with community amenities and close proximity to Table Rock Lake, giving your group the option to stay in and play, head down toward the shoreline, or venture into town for shows, dining, shopping, and attractions.

The view from the deck and property location were great. The cleanliness could be much better and it could use some maintenance/repairs. The rear sliding door down stairs wouldn't lock and the downstairs bedroom sink barely had any water coming out.

Very nice home with a lovely view of the water. The neighborhood was nice, well kept, and close proximity to everything (Silver Dollar City, Zipline, lake, Branson Proper, and convenience store. We took our 6 adult children with their families. Everyone had their own bathroom with endless hot water. The hot tub was an added bonus! Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, clean and centrally located to everything. The game room downstairs was an extra perk. Great place for your getaway
