It was a great spot, super clean, had all the amenities a small family would need. Was very impressed with the small touches like electric toilet, recipe book, washing machine / dryer, big fridge, smart TV, sound bar. Have booked another stay in the building!

The couch was VERY hard (pull out bed), was unable to be used as an additional bed. Unfortunately while we were there, the property managers conducted an inspection where the fire alarms were on for an extended period of time. However the staff at the call centre were really responsive. Another downside was that we requested a later check out ($30) however that was later retracted because of a cleaning schedule. So we had to rush to leave by 10am when we thought we had until 12pm. The check in instructions were a little confusing - lots of gate / door codes.

Fabulous place, friendly and responsive hospitality team

Minor issue (lack of duvet for our children), however was resolved promptly

Great location, very comfortable, quiet and very clean. Everything was excellent. Only improvement is the pillows were too hard, I had to go and buy a pillow as I had such a bad sleep on the first night as pillow wasn't comfortable.

As above

Disappointed that the staff didn’t help us with issues like us having no hot water for a whole day, and getting locked out of the building for 5 mins. No one answered our calls, responded to messages or apologised after. Still haven’t heard a peep.
