Climb 3 flights and step into a sun-drenched nest where Florence’s terracotta skyline fills every window. Perched on Via dei Serragli, this newly refurbished loft couples clean modern lines with centuries-old charm. A cosy dining corner and compact kitchen invite lazy breakfasts before you wander the city. When the city heats up, retreat to the loft’s powerful A/C or head downstairs to the building’s shared chef’s kitchen, lounge and mini-gym—perfect for a communal dinner or quick workout.

Light oak floors and crisp whites amplify the sweeping rooftop view.
