The Space:
This thoughtfully designed four-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to ten guests. The apartment includes a double bed in every bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen with an oven, stove, and essential equipment for preparing meals. It also features a washer for added convenience. Each accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom featuring a shower and hairdryer, and all essential amenities to ensure a comfortable visit.
Whether you are traveling for leisure or business, this apartment provides a peaceful, functional space where you can relax, recharge, and feel at home.

Unlike in many neighbouring countries, the Icelandic water is free of chlorine, calcium, and nitrate. We can assure you that the quality of tap water everywhere in Iceland is regularly monitored and tested.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip to Iceland, which covers issues as delayed baggage, travel accidents, weather trip cancellations and emergency overseas medical. EU members can use their European Health Insurance Card in Iceland (medical expenses).

Property: Great property, Very clean, This was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of shelving to keep our luggage. We had an apartment on the 5th floor (506). Enough pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, including amenities to make coffee, tea and toast.Location: View of the water from the apartment. Very convenient to walk to all the major attractions, plenty of good restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.Host: Provided us with all the needed details and answered our questions in a timely manner, checkin was very easy.Things to be aware of: Parking is either street parking (you'll need to decode parking zone colors, get familiar quickly with EasyPark or Parka apps) or garage parking (closed from midnight to 7am - untenable if you need to catch a morning flight).The only inconvenience: Elevator was out of order almost the last two days - necessitating carrying luggage down the five flights.
