Reasonably priced. Location and prompt service when needed.
Only having one bathroom that was upstairs. The mattress was not comfortable. The pool needs better maintenance and upkeep.

Bathroom was upstairs not very convenient.

It was a great location. Could walk to the gulf and see the bat right from the front door.
Not to much not to like for the location and the price.

The property was super clean and within 1/2 mile from most major attractions on the island. I didn’t need to use because I had brought my own, but They also included beach chairs, cooler, and a small beach wagon for use if needed. I also enjoyed sitting outside on the patio chairs/rockers of the evening
My only complaint is that the only bathroom in the unit is upstairs in the bedroom. Would be nice to have a 1/2 bath downstairs so you don’t have to go up the spiral staircase every time you need to use the restroom.
