The modern and thoughtfully decorated and furnished home was designed for enjoying time together, both indoors and outdoors. Sweeping views of sand and sea fill the second floor living spaces, while the second floor bedrooms and office are perfect for soaking in the sunset each evening. Step outside onto the balconies to breathe in the fresh sea air and for a closer look at the incredible scenery. The first floor deck is ideal for lounging in the sun and enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. Direct beach access on the private boardwalk and the outdoor shower make for a perfect beach getaway. The large private driveway provides plenty of parking for your entire group.
Just across A1A, you'll find Genung's Fish Camp with equipment rentals and fishing gear, plus a convenience store with gas and all the home essentials you may need. There is also a small shopping center with a good pizza restaurant, a dine-in restaurant, and a cafe and ice cream parlor. A surf station with board rentals and lessons available is just minutes away. Additional restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are just minutes away!
**PET POLICY: Only ONE small, hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog is permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the weight, age, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval**

Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.

The views are spectacular, easy access to the beach. Very clean! Great for multigenerational - separate space for the kids to play games and watch TV while adults can visit inside as well. Host very receptive and welcoming! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time after the 1st 24 hours. The refrigerator apparently was going out upon our arrival and we didn’t know. Lost food, had to buy coolers and ice. We had a lot of kids with us so this was worst case scenario for our group. They did have someone come look first thing next morning, which could not fix and had to get a new one delivered and installed. I understand things like this can happen it just made a terrible and inconvenient 24 hours all the way around. I have asked for refund and have not had a response on that yet… so still waiting. Otherwise the house was nice and we enjoyed the beach view. The bedrooms were extremely HOT so be prepared for that. But very cool in the open living room. Overall trip was fun once we got past some things and tried to make the best!
