Loved the house, got to be part of the coldest Christmas in 20 years in Florida. Host was very responsive, would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

The property was amazing great view close walk to the beach had enough room for our whole group of 14 to sleep comfortably we even brought air mattress thinking we would need them but we didn’t because there was enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably the only thing I didn’t realize was the stairs you had to climb to get to the rooms it was a lot more then I realized and it put a toll on the older people in our group but overall the place was amazing Chris responded to all our questions the property had everything you would need except your clothes and personal needs great experience

My husband and I rented the house with family and friends because we got married on the beach and the stay was amazing. The house is super clean, plenty of room for everyone and super close to the beach. I can’t wait to hopefully stay here again one day! ❤️

Very nice residence, clean and smelled fresh.
Accommodated our family well. Large open floor plan with big kitchen. Beds and pillows were “fresh and comfortable. We had ages 5 to 72 and all slept well. Loved the close access to the beach. Hope to book again next Spring.

Great place for a relaxing week!
We really enjoyed our time at Chris's place. It's even more spacious than we realized when we booked it. There are many spaces for people to hang out including, the living room, the downstairs room with a fooseball table, and 3 outdoor spaces. Having all that space was great for a large group of friends. The beach is just a short walk away. Chris is a great host who was very quick to respond to any question I had. Will definitely look to stay here again if we find ourselves heading back to the St. Augustine area!

The proximity to the beach and the wonderful view of the ocean from the respective decks on the house made this experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
