The open-plan interior flows naturally out to the patio or balcony, making it easy to move between the air-conditioned cool inside and the warm sea air beyond. A ceiling fan, TV, and dedicated workspace complete the living area - whether you are winding fully down or staying lightly connected, everything you need is close at hand.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests across 4 beds: 1 king size bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed, all made up with fresh bed linens. Towels, essentials, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are provided. With 2.5 bathrooms, mornings run smoothly for the whole group.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at any hour: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. The apartment sits right on the waterfront, with beach access within the complex. Free parking is available in the on-site garage, and free street parking is also an option nearby. Self check-in keeps arrival simple, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day. Smoking is permitted on the property. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost.
