We had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment in the East Village. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location — surrounded by so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do.The management team was extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything very easy. We also loved how simple it was to get in and out of the building with the keypad access.A huge bonus was the first-floor patio with chairs in the back — such a rare find in New York City and a perfect spot to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Do not hesitate to book!

Great location. House could use some updating. King bed frame was partially collapsed when we got there and we were unable to fix it, but we made it work. Other issues included hot and cold spigots reversed, limited kitchen utensils, uncomfortable seating. The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean.
