Step into a thoughtfully designed urban retreat with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds with fresh linens and ample storage.
The living room offers a sofa bed, ideal for extra guests, along with a 50” smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking essentials, cookware, utensils, and modern appliances — perfect whether you're making breakfast or cooking a full dinner.
Step outside to your own private patio for a morning coffee or a peaceful evening wind-down. The apartment is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the entire unit as well as any amenities provided. Please, make yourself at home.

This place is - in a word - “WONDERFUL”! Wonderful location, property owners, apartment itself - all so good! The apartment is lovely and having the terrace is extra special. It is very conveniently located and a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay while in NYC. The owner is so accepting and responsive to little things that came up (they do in any home right?) and we really appreciated their attention, prompt action and kindness. We already have plans to go back and TOTALLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this part of NYC!

This perfect quaint apartment is everything you need when visiting NYC. Connviently located right by the subway opening, with cafes, deli's, bars and restaurants right out the door. The private patio served as a great spot to end the night and whind down.

The check in and communication with the host was fantastic. The water unfortunately did not get hot which is a big comfort during the wintertime in the city. Besides that the location is great.
