the city center is actually around the corner, it was great

I didn't like the fact that no one cleaned the room during my stay, and I stayed for 9 days and the towels weren't even changed.

For those who are going the first time, although the hotel is not right in the center of the Kaleici Old Town area, I'd say it's an advantage, firstly because everything is cheaper, from coffee, clothes, and souvenirs to the hotel itself, and also it's much quieter around than in the crowded places. You're just 10 min walk away from the Old City Centre, and the walk is very enjoyable, plenty to check around. Big and free entry—Konaaylti Beach is about a 30-minute walk, but there are plenty of restaurants and pubs with amazing cliff views to stop at and chill for a bit. The WIFI is solid (signal is very good in the hotel and outside of it), dropped once only in 4 days, but you can go downstairs to the reception and ask to reset the router if needed. People at the reception exceeded my expectations! So nice, so polite, so helpful, especially Ruhi! When asked him where is the closest ATM was, as I wanted a sweet corn at 11pm on the way back to the hotel, he bought it for me and didn't accept money back. (Ruhi, I owe you a sweet corn when I'm in Kaya Hotel the next time.) Definitely recommended! Definitely would book again!
