Quiet location outside town with free very quiet street parking and very easy access to town via the #11 bus.
The flat is on the 4th floor, had a lift, and is very comfortable and well appointed. Great views of the Forth. Very responsive support helped make our stay as comfortable as possible.
We used a local coffee shop opposite the tram terminal for a delicious breakfast & the large supermarket was very close by too for self catering.
All was good!

The location on the water was really nice and unusual for Edinburgh. It's an easy 1/2 hour bus ride from the city centre. There are a few restaurants and an ASDA within 10 minutes walk. The view of the water was lovely! Also, the owner/manager was very responsive (except about the wifi, and we found the router with login on it in the meantime).
It's a little remote. The building quality isn't very good. No curtains in the living room and no second bedside table in one of the bedrooms. The water pressure was extremely low. Maintenance isn't great, like chipped paint and damaged skirting boards. Would be nice to have a coffee machine instead of instant.

Location of the property was good
A very warm property and the heating system was not on, likely heat transfer from properties below rising up through the building. All windows needed to be opened for a period in the evenings to allow the heat build up to escape. Think this would be great in the winter, but a slightly uncomfortable in the summer.

Good sized flat. Well equipped overall.

Good continental breakfast in Blue Harbour. Very helpful and accommodating staff in the blue harbour cafe.
Quiet.
Good views of the harbour.
Comfortable sofa.
No smart tv
No mirror in second bedroom
No coat pegs on door in second bedroom.
No iron.
Only two wine glasses.
Poor lighting in main bathroom.
Extractor fan not working in main bathroom or ensuite.
Main window doesn’t open next to TV area.
Heater in main bathroom doesn’t work.
Bath towels are small.
Door handle latch into lounge doesn’t work and is held in place by one screw. The door is therefore not able to be closed properly.
