The location is brilliant, it is so central and within walking distance from the shops/bars. If you’re coming for a night out this is so ideal! Didn’t have to pay for any taxis all night. The apartment had all of the basics we needed, and it was clean. The WiFi didn’t work but I messaged and we received codes that did work.

The shower is quite low pressure. The apartment is very hot, it would be beneficial to have some fans. The bathroom light also didn’t work, I messaged to see if someone could try and change the bulb but I didn’t get a response. The bed is very uncomfy as the mattress is extremely thin. The sofa beds are also quite hard and not the comfiest.

I had a lovely overnight stay in this apartment with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Zaina, the host, was absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and she genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Communication was great from start to finish, which made everything so easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was also brilliant, being really close to Liverpool city centre, which was ideal for getting out and about. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much, Zaina, for making our stay so enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Room was in the roof. No view at all through velux windows. Was supposed to be sent keysafe code via App. Didn't happen. Had to phone. Kitchen chair seriously shabby. See photo. Only one bedside table. You really need two. Mattress seriously stained. See photo. Only harsh ceiling lighting and one bedside lamp. Could do with a couple of standard lamps or table lamps.
