I like the overall setup-everything is available and it feels like "home". It exceeded my expectations!

Hi we didnt have room service but everything was supplied ie plates cups tea coffee fridge which was quiet bonus as sometimes fridges can be noisy so we just took food for our selfs Plenty of towels , body wash i really felt safe there as my husband stayed with his mum in hospital as she was very sick . And passed away 😢 Ruby was very understanding as we left a day early to be with our family .
Maybe a small milk in fridge to have with the tea and coffee even a little jug of milk . Other than that every thing was fine . Thankful for the heater kept room nice and warm .
