This unit is very spacious. Host does respond back very quickly when you reach out.

The main bed is very uncomfortable, we tried the spare room, which is a futon, and that was okay. The couch was more comfortable than the beds. This unit is in the basement, which was not mentioned at all. It is listed as first level, so that was misleading. Had we known basement we would have chosen another property. The water heater and all that are right off the living room and when on it is very loud, so when you are watching TV you have to turn up the volume very high. Yes there is parking included with this unit, but make sure you have a smaller vehicle as it is a very small garage. If your vehicle doesn't fit, the host makes it very clear you need to pay for parking at one of the public lots. Umm if parking is included and you are not up front about the parking situation before booking, then Host should pay for parking.

I like the closeness to town. Could walk to everywhere
