Casa bella grande e cómoda come posizione

The location was accessible to public transportation. The apartment was cozy and everything was prepared for us…coffee maker with coffee, tea, snacks, water. Towels, soap, shampoo were provided and hot water too. There was balcony that we didn’t use since we’re very tired every single day, we just want to rest. A/C was great as well. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and offered to help in getting around especially the public transportation. Our host was kind enough to list Dine recommendations also.
I couldn’t complain with the apartment except it was unfortunate during our stay that the elevator was broken. It was really a hassle carrying our heavy luggage up to the first floor. Good thing on our check in, the cleaning ladies were still there to help us carry our stuff but during our check out, it was really difficult. I hope they can fix it for the convenience of the next guests.

Good location. It’s a nice apartment, big, clean and with all the necessary to stay a couple of days. They left water for us in the fridge, and coffee which is a nice gesture.
The shower had a filtration problem, but other than that, all good.

It is spacious and the complimentary amenities.
From outside it looks a bit creepy and work are currently done in front of the entrance.
The inside of the apartment complex is not inviting, elevator seems not to work and is old. Illumination is not consistently.
The bathroom in the apartment is not optimal. Sink is very small and horizontally built, it is not positioned as usual in front of the user, impossible to wash a face.
Shower is not completely closed and floods a bit the bathroom.
Netflix not for free like advertised on your website.
