A really solid location and great price even for just 2 people. Has all the basic necessities, the utilities have an explanation/guide on the table. The wifi is fast and the AC works well.

The internet is not very stable, but the boss responds very quickly and is very kind.

We had a very satisfying stay. The property is located in a quiet residential area, yet very convenient for transportation. It’s about a 750-meter walk to the station, and only one stop to Ikebukuro, with easy access to major areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya.
There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making daily life very easy. A 24-hour Don Quijote is also just a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient.
The room was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, making it very comfortable to stay. The host was responsive and helpful, which made us feel at ease.
Overall, great value for money. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again!
