We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed including a microwave, heater, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine. Staying on the 45th floor was an amazing experience, with a fantastic city view! 🌆✨ The location is perfect — very close to the MRT and LRT stations, shopping malls, and the Twin Towers. Everything was easily accessible, which made our stay even more convenient. A special thank you to Danial, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. His excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. And also the price is very worth Highly recommended! We would definitely love to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There is no main lobby or receptionist available, and the entire check-in process is handled through agents. As a first-time guest, this made me feel less confident when proceeding with the deposit payment, especially since no proper explanation or documentation regarding the deposit was provided. Even after requesting a receipt, the process was not clearly documented. Initially, the arrangement appeared suspicious and felt similar to a scam, particularly because the agents did not wear any attire or identification associated with the property and seemed unrelated to the suites. Although the process eventually proved to be legitimate, the overall experience created unnecessary uncertainty. My concern is that the lack of a proper and professional check-in procedure may cause potential guests to feel uncomfortable or hesitant, which could affect their trust in the property and their willingness to recommend it to others. I believe that implementing a more structured check-in process, including clear documentation, receipts for deposits, and identifiable staff or agents, would greatly improve guests’ confidence and overall experience.
