Apartman uredan i čist, uzivo jos bolji, preporučujem

The property owne was communicative and it was easy to arrange free cancellation (well, cased by mistake on their side).

We booked over Booking.com. They told us at the property that they actually have no room available. Despite it was available over Booking.com. But later I have I have been contacted from the property, asking about my time of arrival. Int he mean time we have arranged an alternative accommodation. And than we have been in risk that this is gonna be no-show and we are paying double for accommodation without any proof. It turned out it was miscommunication between the property owner and the receptionist. The property was actually available. Luckily the owner was fair and proceeded with free cancellation.
